Panera Bread - Hanford

Been here a couple times, the food is always good, the employees are usually polite, and I appreciate that my orders are never late. I usually order their lattes but their Madagascar vanilla latte usually doesn’t taste like vanilla. Other than that the drinks are decent (Donuts are not from Panera, they’re from Donut Country) Parking: Shared parking with other businesses but there’s plenty of parking that it’s never a struggle even on busy days Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Bakery, Mac Cheese, Chicken Noodle Soup Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot

Actual garbage service. Went in and they turned off the lights on me in the waiting area. I also had issues carrying things and asked for help, and they asked “do we have to?”. So rude. It was two girls. Worst experience of my life. What happened to respecting and helping the elderly? Those two young ladies should be disciplined. Appalled. Never coming again, AND it was my first time there. Bread was ok. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food here has gone downhill, Im assuming poor current management? They started off in Hanford with high quality food, but now the lettuce, fruits and veg in their salads is very sub-par. Wilted, old, bottom of barrel type stuff from the last maybe 5 experiences there. I kept going back to give second chance. Also the sandwiches are of similar quality, quickly thrown together, messy, uneven toppings... I cant speak on the soups because I never order them. Dining area clean, staff is fine. Prices no longer reflect the food quality. If you serve me half horsepower Panera, charge me half. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I am very disappointed at my Panera because of my visit. When I ordered my food the lady was mean and disrespect. When I when to get my drink you had to get ice from a dirty bucket. The floors was dirty and the tables were dirty AND ice from a dirty bucket. I am disappointed to better Panera in Hanford ca. For the most part The Panera businesses are kept clean and tidy and are a nice place for a family to go eat after a ballet or soccer practice but this Panera was anything but nice. The person who took our order was rude and acted irritated to be there or even serve anyone and the dining area was dirty as there was trash on the ground and the tables were stained and sticky. Further more half of the fountain drinks were out and there was a sign written in marker to get ice out or a plastic bucket. Definitely not a family friendly environment and not a nice place to go Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100
