Mcdonald's - Hampton

I baked 3 happy meals for my children. two had old chicken bugs in them and the 3rd was filled with big Mac sauce. that is an unnecessary practice. there is nothing to demand that all these sauces put in a Nugget box.

My gripe is their machine is either broke or they just don't hv any smoothes. Also going inside to order your food your ignored until you shout Hello any please take my order They still won't acknowledge their priority is the drive thru which I understand but you hv to be able to manage both. Then the clerk was acting like I ruined her day. You place the order then you wait for that you hv to say Hello,hello I've been here for 5 minutes. Then someone will give you your order they don't apologize for the wait, they don't say hv a nice day. They just kind of throw your order at you. Also how can you come to the register ignore me but place your own order get your food? I really hv no complaints about drive thru. I now go thru drive thru its quicker than going inside. Yes I sit in a long line just to get a smoothie. They need to learn how to balance walk-ins. And work on customer service.

Manager is horrendous. She should be fired immediately. Liar, mean, and a huge jerk. 5:08 pm tonight on a Friday night, a woman claiming to be a manager rushed over and locked the door as my hand was on it trying to come in with my 2 young kids. She said we’re closed, and I asked if I could talk to a manager (since I could see people inside the restaurant ordering) and she walked away. She gave me a disgusted look when I said I asked if my kindergartner could at least use the restroom really quickly, and rolled her eyes and repeated that the restaurant was closed. She was an older African American woman with braided hair and messed up teeth. No signs anywhere about the inside hours being different than outside drive thru, and the drive thru was packed with cars. And there were still customers in line to order. This jerk went out of her way to rush to lock out a mom with two kids at the door. And then walked away intentionally when I asked if I could talk to a manager after claiming she was a manager.

So my husband I went to the fox hill McDonalds at first (As I Use To Work Human Resources There). It was horrible. Y'all don't want to know half the things going on there. So we decided to come to this one I must say they aren't bad AT ALL. We go to this location (Pembroke) EVERY morning. Our order hasn't ever been messed up, The biscuit sometimes will be hard BUT they fix it right away. I see these people complaining about having to wait and getting the wrong food. I understand it's frustrating. Then again you have to remember, There are many reasons this cab happen or your food gets wrong. They deal with over 1,000 people a day. So just go in speak to a manager. Your meal will be fixed. Anyway, I like this McDonalds I live in fox hill. I prefer this one over the fox hill. That's the one who needs zero starts. For goodness sakes, The charge you extra for ketchup and cream for your coffee or ANY sauces.

Yeah I thought McDonald's had some breakfast items all day. I thought on Sunday they served breakfast till noon. I was wrong! It seems that they've just lost the ability to do more for their customers just count on less.I realize they're having a hard time hiring people for the minimum wage prices they pay The quality that they had is gone. Now I can't think why they wear masks to hold their chin up, so they aren't really drooling in the food as much. But it does seem like they're having a hard time making what people want.
