Chanello's Pizza - Hampton

The customer service is up to par but my order was not and I am completely displeased with the whatever the staff making the food is doing in the kitchen. My order was simple, a large pizza, two can Pepsi's, and two orders of the famous cheese fries. I have never ever in my life ordered from a chanello's and my food be prepared as if the person preparing it could care less about the person ordering. The kitchen service needs help. I have never ordered from a place and haveever received my food and getting it and feeling like how I am feeling right now. My fries are inedible and there aren't really any fries in the order I received from the get go. I was refunded my two app and the sodas but I really feel asif I should have been refunded my whole order. I'm not even hungry anymore and I am afraid if I or my family eats this we will be sick because if you can send out an order that looks remotely close to anything like this, who knows what isreally going on back there in the kitchen.

Spent almost 40.00 tonight at this place. Everything else was ok but this philly steak and cheese sub. It?s horrible Looking and the taste is not all that either. I order a 6 inch . I asked for Mayo on my sub and it?s none up here. The meat is real slim on this sub. Totally turn off by this sub and very disappointed in a place that I have been going to for years.

First I wanna start off by saying 10 star rating if I could great customer service, very professional and positive environment. Fun experience thanks to the uplifting spirit of Tango and Pat, they kept us company with jokes and laughter. I enjoyed our visit definitely coming back again

(Delivery) It's the alright-e-est pizza ever. They forgot the dipping sauce. They somehow managed to both uncooked and burn the brownie. Won't be having this pizza unless it's free for a work appreciation thing.

Good food and service. Their cinnamon knots are delicious!
