Burger King - Hampton

Slow service, food never hot, and they always want to tell someone to back up or stop before the window so their time doesn’t get messed up.

Couple things. I place a pick up order and selected to the drive thru option. When I arrived I was told to enter restaurant. Second thing is I had coupon for free whopper that comes with a combo item, combo side and a whopper. I tried to explain this to the cashier and showed her it on my phone but was dismissed. I don't argue with people who is making my food so I just said okay.

They make you stop before the window so I guess they can trick the timer. There's something always wrong with my order and I never use my debit card here. My card declined while I was at home watching TV...

Give zero star I would’ve give zero star to you guys Customer service was so bad that I throw my food in the trash…. No Trust to eat my own food after the services.

I ask for my order to be cook fresh before I place my order the young lady said yes get the onion rings they was cold pull back and they supposedly cook some more then I get home the fish sandwich is cold not fresh and nuggets cold can y’all help me understand if I want my food cook fresh and willing to wait then what’s the problem with cooking food fresh ??‍??‍??‍??‍??‍??‍?????? the restaurants are poor with customers all the way around and they all serving old food now talking about saving food cost know u supposed to know when to keep up fresh food without having a food cost issue not served old food to save food cost.
