Lime Gourmet Pizza Bar - HAMILTON SOUTH

My first visit to Gourmet Pizza and Pasta was excellent. I'm not usually a fan of pizza, but I absolutely loved their pasta. It was some of the best takeout pasta I've ever had.

We have ordered every week since being told about this place. No minimum delivery, proper pizzas. Kids enjoy the small individual size one for them and the adults are enjoying the potato pizza at present. Still working our way through the menu. Reliable and reasonable... fresh and substantial toppings.

We ordered individually, sat out the front with a beer each then thoroughly enjoyed our picks ! The staff were pretty bust but friendly engaging. The leftovers did an early breakfast plus lunch on arrival home the next day !! Great pizzas !

Ordered takeaway from here tonight through menulog. Order took close to 90 minutes to arrive, it was a pizza short and the other pizza we ordered we didn't eat as it was covered in the sauce from the ribs we had ordered. The rest of...the food (a garlic prawn pasta and garlic pizza) was average. When trying to ring Lime, it appeared the phone had been disconnected. We contacted menulog and they also could not get a hold of the operator. All this for close to $100. Please do not spend your money here.

Ordered two meals from here and had them delivered to the apartments I was staying in. Not sure how they can call themselves Gourmet though as the food was pretty substandard especially your Greek salads. This resembled a pig trough for me and tasted pretty...woeful as well. The food also took forever to deliver as well even though they were only 5-10 minutes up the road. Lime is off my radar now.
