Pear Tree - HAMILTON HILL

Can't say much more than the title. Breakfast and evening pizzas are fantastic with great service. Very recommended

This small cafe is where all locals gather and I understand why, the team is super friendly, the food is amazing (the 4 cheeses and truffle pizza is an absolute favorite! and the atmosphere is super covered and minded. The facility... outside and inside makes it very welcoming if you come with friends, children or pets. There is so much life in the neighborhood and I would absolutely recommend you to go there! A true little jewel

I had a lovely breakfast with my friend last weekend! The ambiance was delightful, the staff was friendly, and I even got a great t-shirt as a souvenir. I will definitely be returning with my friend next weekend.

We used to come to the pear tree for over two years, but after our recent visit, we will not be returning. We paid an additional $6 for avocado in our breakfast roll, but it was missing when the roll arrived. The bacon was overcooked and the roll seemed underwhelming. We ordered two coffees, but they were not the ones we asked for and were served warm. Some of the staff had a rude and unprofessional attitude. Our last few visits have not been as good as they once were, but this last visit was terrible in terms of food and overall experience. It's a shame, as we used to love this place.

I thought Pear Tree was a decent place until I went there recently (11/6). When we ordered we paid separately, both ordered a bacon and egg pocket his was $11.50 and mine was $15.50 (I have receipts) I queried my price twice and was told... 'that 's the price) as there was people behind me I let it go. We ordered at 9:06am, my friends food was brought out about 10 mins later. I asked twice if my was ready and was told 'won 't be long ' Third time I asked for my money back and all of a sudden the food was ready! (9:44am) I was told that it wasn 't her fault (waitress) but it was the chefs fault. (My friend had finished his meal) My food was put in a paper bag as I couldn 't wait. I started eating it immediately and it was stone cold! So to blame the chef, r u kidding me? It obviously wasn 't his fault. Not sure who was to blame. Most of it was thrown away as it was so cold. Not Happy at all!!
