Burger King - Haltom City

Always a setting must ask food hot. Chris is super rude and also management. Had to call companies. Even refused to take other orders because they were upset that I called companies on them while I was in the store. I even pulled out of the way to help other customers. They thought it was funny. I wanted a refund and I had my hand out to get my money, Chris put it on the counter. I asked to put it in my hand, and he had gloves and he just pushed it. The cook came and gave me my money in my hand. This is not the first time that others have problems with them.

The food is always old. The manger is very rude. She told me she wouldn’t service me because I ask what all comes on the burger! Im sure she will be working here for the rest of her life! Old ragg!!

If you're going to a burger king, dont go to this one... lobby is always closed so you would be lucky just to get inside the place... they dont take orders if you walk up to the window either... you would be best going to any other food place around

This Burger King can never get my order right…something as simple as sweet tea ?

I pulled up to pickup an online order at 9:45pm on 10/05/22. Two employees were wearing black hoodies and playing tag in the kitchen area, ignoring me at drive thru. At 10:15 they turned the lights off, still ignoring me. My credit card has beed charged for food that was never given and nobody will return my calls for a refund! There was a phone number at the drive thru, 214, but it's a recording and still no response. I guess I will try contacting corporate now but doubtful for any assistance. Too bad I cannot give a negative star.
