Wirtshaus "Maulwurf" - Halle

The address was communicated to us as a starting point for schnitzelfans. so we went to lunch with our colleagues here. the atmosphere was nice and cozy, we sat outside in the beer garden. which the waiter opened to us mercifully and rather involuntarily. Unfortunately his laune moved like a red thread through the visit. on the question, according to special wishes for order he literally replied "if it were on the map, we would also offer it" - a courtesy no would have served us. the carvings looked more like two small panned minute steaks. very dry and too long roasted. that has nothing to do with a good carving. also because of the service, we will not spend our lunch breaks here anymore. seemingly, you don't have to recommend it.
