Subway - Haleyville

One of the Food handlers (more mature person) didn't change gloves. She's touched and hold a lot of stuff plus making sandwiches for customers. Gloves obviously had holes on the tips of the fingers and discolored.

My experience was absolutely horrible. The assistant manager was very rude and raised his voice at my girlfriend and her mom!! I can assure you that I will never be eating here again.

I think it is ridiculous when you have 3 employees working and not 1 can make an in store order because they have online ordersWhile I understand those orders are important aren't the customers currently in store important too. Also when I called to make a complaint I was hung up on and refused to be given the proper information to report them. So I won't be back due to this incompetent work environment.
