Dolphin - Haifa

A restaurant! Looks like the '70s have changed like the waiter, the food and the interior, but hey, if something THAT is good, why to change something?! One of my favorite fish restaurants! Nothing beautiful, but super delicious. Salad variety (and quality) is overwhelming. Especially worthy to go for business lunch! Definitely a place to come back. Very recommended!

The food is fresh and made at home with pride. Sales crispy, fresh, tasty, easy to dress (Olive oil, lemon). Had the red mullet, tender, slightly fried with a dust of flour, so the skin has a perfect crispness, but not too crispy. It was Perfection. The service was excellent.

Loved the old-world ambience of this Haifa restaurant. The food was delicious, but the choice of desserts was limited to three standard desserts so I didn't enjoy something sweet to end my meal. Was also surprised to be told that I could not have a cappuccino as they did not serve any coffee with milk. Silly things, but perhaps a little disappointing at the end of the day!
