The Haus - HAHNDORF

Came to lunch on a weekday. the house German firm', the 4 people perfectly served and a bit of everything crispy pork hock' knuckle was too salty, but the skin was perfectly crispy and meat was soft and delicate chicken carving' was on the inside tender and had the correct crispy texture on the outside (my favorite part of the plate) all sausages', which contained the cheesy other fasty. were all boiled to perfection kassler smoked pork chop' had a nice smokey taste, but slightly dry sides madwort was ok, not fan of the speck in there, red cabbage, mushroom and tomato sauce supplements the dishes well.

Was not sure where we eat and glad we chose this place. has ordered a Hawaiian pizza and two milkshakes each. both drinks and eating were amazing. pizza was so tasteful and delicious and the milkshakes were perfect, not too milky or too sweet.

Somehow my review of the 22nd januar with five stars and then my recent review of the 10th March 2022 with a star was deleted shocking difference in quality, food was subpar, as the manna I called a takeaway and was told 20 minutes for pick-up. I was 10 minutes early and sat there for 20 minutes. I asked three times what my order was, then it finally came. pizza luke warm and the hahndolf grazing board in pizzaboxen. utterly underwhelmed and felt demolished. the price was unbelievable for two slices of cheese, some smoked salmon, some crackers and six slices of salami. please steer them this young lady of the coffee machine was brilliant as she manages new guests and...read more

We went to the Father's Day. service was good, had to wait for a while to eat, which was understandable when they were busy. how we checked out and wanted to pay for our food. andrew, who was at the theke, was super rude, just blown up the bill before us without saying anything or even knowing how to serve, ruined the whole experience. we will not recommend anyone here.

The waitress gave us a table and we went to order and looked over and our table was taken, then it happened a second time. We ordered pizza and that came cold,I asked for them to reheat and they said if they did that it would be soggy. So they said they would make us a new one. So that turned up cold, to touch the tomato was fridge cold. The waiter asked if it was okay, I said it was cold, but just forget it. We just wanted to leave. We ate bits but left hungry.. The pizza had garlic that tasted raw and was like jar garlic. I believe the waiter wanted us to be happy but it’s the kitchen. They need to taste the food! Would have been easy to pop in oven and serve hot and cooked thru
