Anatolia Ocakbasi - Hackney

This restaurant was quite disappointing. It was empty at 10:30 on a Friday night, which is never a good sign. The food quality was poor and the portions were small. I have been spoiled by the great Turkish restaurants on Green Lanes. It's strange that there isn't a good Turkish restaurant on Mate Street.

The service at this restaurant was lacking, and the food was mediocre. The waitress had difficulty communicating in English and ended up getting my order wrong. Instead of chicken, I was served lamb. When the second waiter offered to replace the dish with my original order, the manager suggested that they simply wipe off the lamb and serve it to me anyway. Unfortunately, none of us enjoyed eating lamb, especially since it was very oily and not very tasty. The only silver lining was that service charge was not included in the bill, so I didn't have to wait for it to be removed.

Absolutely frightening combination of bathroom service and food. I have never seen so many unexcept negative combinations in a restaurant. grilled meat was completely spoiled. I ve noticed that grill chefs behind an open plan counter, cross contamination of food by hacking raw meat on the same cutting board as vegetables for salads. at my complaining asked me to pay the waiting staff discreetly for the pampered eating I didn't even touch. I left the place with a very bad feeling. I would complain to the food hygiene authority. please be careful while they chose this place.

But when it came to the actual meat in the offer, and the price for this meat, anatolia was a mightier cotender. the whole meat was liberally seasoned and absolutely delicious. I couldn't owe it. I would say that perhaps the stains of extra meat in the rice were more unnecessary, but how did it formulate, nice to have all the same.

I always liked to be there. large portioning, dark lighting, the smell of grilled eating and nice staff. my meal was always the chicken donor with tear. I had to try nothing else because I was satisfied with what I had.
