Coach House Diner - Hackensack

The waitress was in my top 5 for being useless. Order was wrong not around to check on us. Food was tasty

Beautiful place went to diner to see friends before school started. Keisha was very friendly listened to our concerns and even promised us after a not so great experience that we would get a different server and made up for the food we got with a refund. They are truly lucky to have her as their night manager.

Coach house has really good food. I’ve been coming here for years and they never miss

I went there with my boyfriend and four of my friends to get something to eat after seeing a movie we went at around 3am and the waitress was rude, she gave me and my friend the wrong soda we asked for regular Pepsi and she gave us both diet and I can’t have diet because it messes up my stomach to the point I get sick, she didn’t even bring a new Pepsi for me and promised my one friend that she would bring him another water in a bigger glass then what they give at first and that same friend found a hair in one of the cups.

I wouldn’t recommend the morning staff even to my worst enemy specially the so called Antonio Who think he runs the place Rude and unprofessional and he doesn’t even know how to get an order right Food was mixed all over fries looks like someone took a bite from it Whoever runs this place needs to rehire people for the morning cause they don’t know what they’re doing!!!!!!
