Great location at the head of Lake Pedarn. Nice clean rooms. All staff I met were friendly and helpful. Good range of breakfast food. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value

Stayed at the hotel last night for work, Staff very helpful on arrival and throughout my visit. The room booked was a single bed room, it looked the part but i had the worst night sleep, think id of slept better on the floor. I'm only short in height and my feet where hanging out the end of the bed!. The mattress was very old and provided no comfort at all. Every time i turned over or moved in the bed it made a racket...i feel sorry for the people staying in the room next door. The drinks and food are over priced a bowl of chips is £4, and theirs about 10 chips in it! . There is a good selection for breakfast in the morning, but the full English was terrible, the food has clearly been cooked and left under heaters for a long period of time, making it damp and chewy!. I've been and stayed at many places but this was the worst, i cannot however knock down the staff who where at all times pleasant and helpful. We will not be using this for further business trips.

I recently used their car park. What a disgrace. We queued and followed the same process as other car park users, namely paying to park with a credit card. The payment was authorised apparently. So imagine my surprise to receive a Penalty Charge Notice for £100. I tried to appeal without receiving any respectful response. Not a welcome you’d like when visiting Llanberis. Certainly would NEVER use or recommend this hotel.

Part of the snowdonia Marathon weekend stayed with the family. Lovely warm hotel in the heart of Snowdonia. Rooms: Rooms are small and a little old. But staff are fantastic.
