J'ai testé pour la première fois un dîner au Din Tai Fung (octobre 2017), situé dans le même bâtiment que l'hôtel où je logeais à Myeongdong. Surprenant par la finesse des xia long bao, une explosion de saveurs en bouche! Rien à redire.
