5 B's Bbq - Gunnison

The place is ok, the workers are super great. The food is mediocre.the smoked Mac n cheese is like flavorless but costs extra and I know I am a Mac n cheese connoisseur, the fries were frozen clumps of goodness but nothing special. The ribs were ok, the pulled pork was fine. And the smoked sausage is like a Johnsonville brat. But it is the best barbecue in town. The service is great and accommodating. And th bottle beer is cold. So if you're in Gunnison, check it out.

Great prices for how much food you get and it tasted delicious! Brisket was not fatty and okra was crispy. Nice to have bar seating and tables. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

Thank God that we have this spot for barbecue in the Gunnison valley! Amazing ownership, and a passion for what you're putting out there, results in amazing food. They also have a great staff on their side. I'll eat here regularly and can't wait to go back.

Cole slaw not of my taste.(celery seed) .same with the baked beans. Pulled pork was pulled.Brisket had a nice smoke ring on it but a little dry.corn bread loaf passable.cheddar brisket not of my taste. Ribs were the best of the plate .all the meats needed sauce for flavoring in my opinion. Meats weren't served very hot temperature wise. Stoped here to try since I saw it on INSTAGRAM. ONE time stop for me. Room for improvement but if you are craving BBQ while on a road trip this might satisfy the taste.
