W Sushi - Guelph

Absolute gem in guelph. have eaten at least 30 times there and never had a problem. always fresh, delicious, quality sushi.

This was a terrible experience. We paid $96 and only received a quarter of our order. When we called, the women refused to transfer me to the owner or manager and instead told us to contact them. When I asked for the driver's number, they said they didn't have it but gave me the name. They also claimed the driver was a man on the ID, when in reality the person who delivered the food was a woman. The woman on the phone said it was also a woman who picked up my order. I questioned why they would give someone a job who was not listed on Uber ID, and she simply stated they had my order and it wouldn't happen again. They offered no help, only insisted that they gave the driver the full job and it was our problem. I highly advise against ordering from this place, not to mention the food we received was terrible and already cold. Guelph, avoid this place at all costs.

Amazing food and delivery is also sooo fast. mai seem small, but I like that they cut a corner in the veggie spring roller boxes to build condensation and prevent wet foods that they wrap the soy sauce to prevent spilling into togo orders! little thing, but make me the service much better!

We did not enjoy our experience at this restaurant. The service was slow and disorganized, and we did not receive everything we ordered, or the portions were incorrect. Additionally, we had to order an item twice because the servers forgot to put it in. The quality of the food was also not up to par. Ultimately, we found the overall experience to be quite expensive for what we received, so we will not be returning.

The 2nd best sushi restaurant that I know of in Guelph. I helped via real estate to set this up originally for the previous owners and know the prime location is a feature that is appreciated by many. Friendly staff and a very good lunch spot with plenty of parking.
