Teresita Restaurant - Guanajuato

Breakfast and dinner in a superior restaurant in the villa maria cristina. the service was indifferent and slow, although only two tables were occupied at dinner. eating was very bland and uneven. much better results in various other restaurants. in the city. the breakfast was more equal. service terrible and they have order twice wrong (and we are Spanish bilingual). only the good was the fresh fruit.

We were there with our friends. had a nice table on the terrace. all foods were excellent from starters to dessert. I had the goat cheese appetizer in the fried package wonderful. my wife shared the foie gras fried ravioli. superb. My...lamb cops for the main course with a blueberry sauce were excellent. table shared risotto with spade. we had cream brule for dessert. wein and service were excellent.

The food was absolutely fabulous. The aguachile of scallops and giant shrimp on a salt stone was just yummy (very spicy, but really good . Service was supremely good and very attentive. The ambiance was relaxed and quiet and a nice break from the craziness of...GTO : This was by far our most expensive meal here (more like US prices but it was well worth it and very enjoyable. Definitely a recommend...

We started with an aguachile of scallops and giant shrimp served on a salt stone . The flavors just filled your pallette. Next we shared a tuna sashimi encrusted with sesame seeds over an great mayonnaise Wasabi and curry sauce. I had a rack of lamb...that was awesome. The berry chutney was delicious. My girlfriend had the fettuccine and duck mixed with zucchini, spinach with cranberries. She loved it. Dessert was a light mint strawberry and a tiny bit of Merengue crumble with a grilled peach sauce. All of this at a beautiful table overlooking a reflecting pool and garden. This is a great restaurant that shouldn 't be passes up for any of the tourist filled restaurants.

La comida deliciosa, el lugar muy bonito, y el servicio de primera. Felicitaciones al capitán Jose Luis que nos atendió a cuerpo de Rey!!! Mi siguiente vez en Guanajuato definitivamente regreso aqui!!!
