La Table de Andree - Guanajuato

Wow. this restaurant is a hidden gem in guanajuato. I was in guanajuato a few times, but we've never been to la table de andree until our hotel in 1850 recommended us to go this time. we went there on our second day. in the city to lunch and we were so impressed by everything in this restaurant that was eating amazing, the service impeccable and even the French chef came in our 3rd visit to the restaurant in this week. we wanted to go every day. I was in many michelin restaurants all over the world, but there are restaurants like these that let me think we lack the best if we don't try small well recommended restaurants like these. miguel, our server of madrid was fantastic. next year we go back to the cervantino festival and sure we will be back in this restaurant. btw, the wee was really good.

Excellent food, excellent service, with a hands-on chef from France who will tell you about the dishes, the wine, how he ended up in Guanajuato. The maitre d is also excellent. Great Mexican wines by the glass, carefully prepared and presented dishes. Tiny place with...a few tables on the street level, and a few more upstairs. You won’t regret the evening!

We had a very nice meal complete with a bottle of good French wine. The chef visited our table to discuss our suggestions and offer pointers. We appreciated not only the tasty food but the attention and care of the chef and wait staff.

Best quality French restaurant! the choices were different for us who never eat meat! the salmon was delicious and damp! my wobble soup was perfection! it was so great to find another kitchen after months travel! the price was very reasonable!

A fabulous restaurant! highly recommended! the personal also speaks English! we started with a free amuse beech, followed by a cognac pine, I had bark bouruignon, nabeby had huh in mushroom crème sauce, accompanied with beautiful roasted carrots carrots along with some. French wein! finished with a crème brûlée. Thank you. chef for a wonderful meal we will not forget! we're coming back!
