Friendly staff and good food. Better than most other Dunkin’s I’ve been to!

I asked for latte with oat milk and received what tasted like oat milk with just more sugar. Where is the coffee?? Asked for glazed donut holes and received unglazed. Pay attention. Where is the manager?

The employee refused to make drinks or food at 12:00 in the afternoon. There were two people working. Lazy and disrespectful.

This place was s horrible. 4 people standing in the back chatting. Me at the register waiting and not even an acknowledgment that I am there. Service 0 Attention to detail 0 Customer service 0 Dereliction of duty 10 Yucking it up with co workers 10 Chance of me ever going there again 0 I would give them a 0 if I could as I have had poor service, incomplete orders and negative interactions in the past.

Bagel was hard and chewy. Worst I have ever had. I had high hopes at 5am this would hit the spot. Straight to the trash instead. Very friendly servers however.
