Super weird “lady” at front desk. Talked gibberish at us with face mask in Dark Vador voice! She then decided to remove mask to commute effectively. I asked where if this theatre was a tavern so I could decide to get popcorn or order inside theatre. She gave me the weirdest look as if I’m the one who can’t speak American. Just when we thought the strange vibes were dead..as we were wondering around attempting to find our theatre room because we were not given directions for some odd reason, even with us being the only people in lobby. Then we heard over radios “that couple that just walked in, 1st card declined. 2nd one WENT THROUGH..Just giving you a heads up..” Are you serious?? Lol tacky at best! I might return but God I hope Gma retires or is moved away from front desk interacting with walk in customers. Definitely not a great look! Even on a slow day :

Went to see Bob Marley movie today. Literally 23 people in the theater, and ALL complained that it was extremely cold in the theater. I finally asked for the manager- white, chunky, blonde hair, he states nothing he can do. I tell him I will complain to corporate, he responds “do you want their information”? Totally unprofessional and shouldn’t be in that position. After spending $120 I should be comfortable watching my movie.

By far the worst experience of all locations! I've have receipts and time stamps for validation.

It was a great place for a movie and meal,, the food was great
