Mcdonald's In Farm - gton

I just paid in the app for a frappe extra espresso.. I get to the speaker they tell me to pull around . I wait for 10 minutes (son's slushy was halfway melted by time we got to he window) they proceed to tell me the espresso I paid extra for is out of service. they literally tell me this every damn time I come to this location!! I only come when I go to the dentist! I am so sick and tired of their lies. So I didn't get my frappe and out the money. They want to write my name down for the future.. I don't live in Farmington!! So when will I ever get this item???? So I wasted money for nothing at all! I am livid!! I just worked 18hrs and needed a coffee sooo bad!! I am beyond irritated and mood ruined!

They had us wait 7-8 minutes because they said they were making fresh fries then when they came out to give us out food two of our fries were missing and the ones that were there were half full, cold, and stale when we asked them for the fries the guy got his manager and his manager seemed very annoyed and angry.

A remodel has it looking sharp! And currently have the bagels back

This is what I paid $11.40 for. A half empty serving of fries and a sloppy burger with so much grease, the box it came in was saturated. There was a stupid amount of salt on the burger and I have no idea why except maybe to mask the flavor of old beef. Save yourself the money and disappointment. Go anywhere else. If the management cares at all, it's 3:15 pm June 6th 2024.
