Bidrage med feedbackVery good restaurant, we eat well and the table service is very good. the good oysters of the fishermen's village a little further and cool. The store is a worst pleasure. We'll see you again.
An address not to be missed on gruissan, especially if you want to eat good food away from the catch tourists. it is refined and good value for money. The stuffed beans were a real treat.
Very pleasant terrace facing the pond and a menu at 26 euros in our expectations of mussels and nuts accompanied by a ratatouille with fresh products. A gourmet coffee. Very greedy. dessert house. So we are satisfied.
Excellent fish restaurant and perfectly well cooked, taste and sublime from the entrance to dessert, eel stuffing and simply sublime, I really recommend this restaurant
This pretty restaurant on the banks of the pond of the Ayrolle, slightly excited from the old village, deserves the praises that we do (mediatization, Gault certification and Millau... . The terrace is full of charm with its pretty vineyard that dresses the pergola. The interior in Provence colours is just as warm. The decoration, neat but not pretentious, rustic and contemporary blend with its exposed beams and other natural details. You are in the right place to taste seafood: stuffed cornets and ravigot sauce mussels were excellent. I don’t think I ate so fresh and fleshy. I had some apprehension about white wine in carafe. No regret, La Clape's wine made its effect. Everything was chained with fluidity. The service was perfectly orchestrated, without waiting between the dishes. From the entrance to the dessert, cooking and quantities were controlled. Everything was fresh, melting and homemade. Prices are more than reasonable given the quality of products, the efficiency of service and the poetry of the place. This former fishermen’s village has unsuspected discoveries and L’Estagnol is one of them. The surprise of a discreet address like this is enough to convince you to never venture on the port again.
