Doc's Porchside - Grovetown

Eddie our server was enthusiastic and efficient,great customer service. We were a party of 5 and ordered a variety of apps and entrees that were all very good.Apps-Red Neck Egg Rolls,Fried Green Tomatoes and Pimento Cheese Dip,can recommend them all.Nacho Salad,Wings,Catfish and Shrimp Tacos,again all very good.Would return.

Great food, good atmosphere and normally my waitress is awesome. This time April was our waitress and was not very personable, was very short with us. When she came around at the end of our meal, she asked everyone at the table if they wanted a to go drink except for one of our people, and it seemed very deliberate. She also didn't ask this same person if they wanted to go boxes even though more than half her food was left. I had to go up to the bar, and April was walking back to the kitchen and asked if I needed something, and I asked for a box. As someone who has worked as a waitress, I found her service subpar and bordering on disrespectful. This is such a shame because every other waitress I have there is so nice. The difference is night and day. I've had her as a waitress two other times with the same service. First time I thought she was having a bad day, second time rubbed me wrong, this time was the worst. I definitely will be requesting a different waitress in the future.

Omg! delicious food!! the service was good. the appetizers took a tiny bit long on a not busy afternoon but they were so worth the wait. The Mac skillet with the burnt ends was so flavorful, and so was the brisket sandwich. Will definitely come back again.

Okay, I'm going to start my review off with the good... the food here is pretty good. The egg rolls were my favorite. That's all the good ! The Mac n cheese noodles were WAYYY overcooked. It's too soft and too slimey, far over all denteThe service is where I struggled. There was NO ONE seating us for over ten minutes of standing at the hoststand. Not BUSY at all. Employees just stared at us with blank stares and looked away. It took the bar tender to come over and ask us if we needed help and to be seated, I said yes ma'am no one has come for us. So kudos to her for getting us seated.The host walked up a few min later and asked for our drinks and appetizers. She then brings us said drinks and apps. No napkins, nothing. Wild for finger food... and then when reg food was delivered to the table, no silverware was brought and waitress was no where to be found and you can watch the footage of me going behind the counter to get my own to eat my Mac with....mind you, I did ask for the napkins and silverware.Crazy and I definitely will not be back to at very least this location.

This place had great food. Redneck egg rolls are fire. But customer service really needs to step up a huge notch. Right when I walked in, I was standing there for a hot minute. Not one person greeted me and my table never got serviced enough. None of the waiters even came over, it was the bartender (which it wasn't her job to do that, hence bartender). I won't be coming back all due to the lack of customer service. No napkins, silverware as well while seated. Didn't feel comfortable or even welcomed.
