Lost Pizza Co. Grenada

Called in an order, showed up 20 minutes later. Went in and paid, wasn't ready.20 minutes later, same person asked if I was ready to order.Pizza had been ready for 15 minutes and they just forgot about me.

I called in my order and I was told 20 minutes,so after 20 minutes I went in to get my order. After I paid I was told that it wasn 't quite ready,so I said okay and sat down at a table by the counter thinking after it was ready they would at least remember me and let me know that my order was ready. Well, they sent a message to my phone letting me know it was ready,but I didn 't have my phone with me. If I hadn 't gone outside to say something to the person I was with and get my phone I would have still been sitting and waiting. The message was sent at 4:28 and not one employee bothered to ask me what I was waiting on. It was if they just forget about the customer because when I went back to the counter after waiting an extra 15 minutes, the girl looked at me and said are you picking up? ,this was the same person who I had paid earlier. Just seems like they need to keep an eye on customers who are sitting around waiting for their order.

Excellent service and food. The cook went above and beyond to see to it that my husband and I were taken care of!
