Shelby was my waitress she was awesome I wish I could get her everytime, I'm there every week for football but I never get a booth that I request on open table

Usually we get really good service. This time our waitress was MIA for the first 20 minutes after we sat down. Not sure if they thought the other waitress had us or what. After that it was pretty decent.

It was my first visit to the place, heard a lot about it and they were bang on every word. Amazing food Hot! Delicious! Great services Value for money Fun for friends get-together Not much of noise so great for people who like to talk while eating Definitely going back again!

Do not misunderstand me, the shortage of employees played a role in scoring. but our waiter was excellent in view of the lack of help she had.

We approached the state of affairs and told them we had a reservation and was told that they did not accept reservations. After I told her that I made it on an open table, she said that they don't use the reservations, even though they can make them on an open table. bad start to the dining experience. we went over the road to cheddars and had a great experience.
