The happy hours at this restaurant are fantastic, as is the service.

Whenever we have visited this restaurant, we have consistently had a positive experience. The food is served promptly, hot, and fresh, and it is delicious. The wait staff is attentive and the restaurant is clean. Overall, it is a great dining establishment. We have also ordered takeout from here a few times and it has always been just as good as dining in. Additionally, the prices are reasonable.

I had heard great things about this restaurant and knew they had won awards, so I was eager to give them a try. It was busy when we arrived, but luckily there was no wait for a table. The staff informed us that the kitchen was busy, which we didn't mind. However, I was disappointed to find that the egg on my sandwich was burnt black on one side. My smash burger was overdone and difficult to bite into, so I ended up just eating the bun and toppings. My husband ordered a huge sandwich on thick homemade bread, which looked amazing but he found it to be dry. The coleslaw on his sandwich was delicious and seemed to be made with a lighter dressing than the usual mayonnaise-based coleslaw. For an appetizer, I ordered the prime rib loaded fries for $9.99. Unfortunately, the fresh cut fries were overdone, cold, or old, making them inedible. The fries also came with most of our burgers and sandwiches, but they were equally disappointing. I may give this restaurant another chance, perhaps at a different location.

Online order 01/01/2024 by credit card through the website worked well. In fact, it took longer to decide what to get than the 17 minute estimate for the food to be prepared. The homemade style French fries, Cole slaw, tomato slices, and capicola sandwich was as big as my face and a meal all by itself. Slaw was a dryer, vinegar based version, so there wasn't any mess to clean up. Flavor was nice but not overpowering. The loaded Reuben Fries had a good mix of melted Swiss cheese, Fries, meat and sauce that again were not soaked and messy as you might expect other places. The sauce had just the right kick to it but wasn't overpowering. I drank a 2 liter bottle of soda with my food as there was a lot to wash down. All in all, employees were friendly, takeout was seamless, and the restroom was clean, so a good solid grade A.

Great place. Good food. Lovely staff. Wholesome family atmosphere.
