Doubletree By Hilton Omaha Southwest

Terrible customer service. I get rooms here often and always have a situation with management being unprofessional.

Went to eat at the restaurant Vida inside the hotel. They had no bar tender and the food coming out, took so long. They had the front counter person making drinks. The drinks didn't taste good. The hall way to our room, smelled like a Marijuana grower. We will not stay here again.

Room was nice other than stains on carpet, but place has VERY poor security. Had the bed cap of my truck pried open over night. Without anyone raising an alarm.

Place was clean and all staff were very nice and helpful. The night I was there it was packed with families with young kids running around. Doubletree may be a Hilton property but it's a family, budget place. Not luxurious or very quiet. More like a Holiday Inn.

Very nice hotel clean rooms, nice decor and furniture, friendly staff.
