Pizza Hut - Green Bay

Absolutely horrible customer service! Wife called asking what deals they had going on and if it would be cheaper to order online. They told her it would be the same price to order over the phone. $40 they charged her for two pizzas we would have gotten online from the same location for $24! Never using this company again!

Got wrong order had to wait 15 minutes when i tried to feed my kids before to work

Ordered chicken alfredo and 4 pack of soda and they bring me the wrong kind of sodas. Tried to call them but no answer then waited for a few minutes and it says we are closed now . Plus the delivery guy went to the wrong hotel, twice. Ordered 2 mountain dews, 1 Sierra mist, and 1 cherry pepsi, but got 2 Pepsi and 1 cherry Pepsi and 1 Sierra mist. Should of called if they were going to change it. Smh

Worst customer service. It was the worst pizza I?ve had. Barely no flavor or sauce and pizza was so hard.

Always a pleasure and our friend has a couple munchkins that will be Chloe's classmates!!
