Golden Basket - Green Bay

Just came from there and had to send into my review. I'm a vegan and it's so hard to eat and get a meal I enjoy. Today I saw that they have the impossible burger on the menu. It was better than I ever had. It needs a very attentive manager to offer this. You will never know how much it means to a vegan to get such a wonderful meal. The staff was also very good, the cook is wonderful. Thank you

It's been awhile since I've been here. Recently returned and it's better than I remember. Brought the wife, and we agree the food is excellent! The service is courteous professional and knowledgeable. Definitely a reflection of Gus who appears to lead a fantastic team. We will make this a more frequent stop.

The service was great, had a younger teen waiter who was polite and knowledgeable about the food. The restaurant was cozy and felt like a home away from home. I ordered the shrimp alfredo that came with a good side salad and roll. The dish itself though wasn't seasoned well, tasted plain like water. I had to add quite a few shakes of salt.

Quality/taste of food was excellent. Couldn’t believe how inexpensive it was! Owner and server were very friendly and accommodating. They made room for 10 of us right before the restaurant was closing (we didn’t know ahead of time that they were closing in 30 minutes). Will definitely come back on our next trip to Green Bay! One of my top 10 meals of my LIFE!!!! Cheese curds were great (first time trying them), and the turkey dinner was just incredible! Could not have been more delicious! I told my husband we’re going back tomorrow night to get the same thing. Portions were generous, price was great… wish this was near us and we could go all the time. Service was excellent too. We went to a trendier and more expensive place for lunch that was nowhere near as good. Even my decaf. Was good.
