Peking City Restaurant

Where do I start Wine list horrific! Ordered a Yarra valley Pinot Noir and 2013 bottle arrived. Save them the ordeal of opening it and then requested central Otago Pinot noir (2020). Not sure where stored but was like vinegar. Bottle removed and moved onto spirits. Ordered a bourbon and host had to check is Jim Beam was bourbon…,, WTF!!! Even every stubby (crown Heineken becks Guiness) was out of date!!! As for food well mixed bag satay was different, schezaun chicken battered ??, sweet and sour ordinary. Well as the only patrons in the place the service was ok but you would expect that! Would we be back not convinced

This is not a fancy restaurant, but the prices are fair. The food was decent, but not exceptional.

Lovely tasting Sizzling chicken or Sizzling steak. With a side of vegetables in oyster sauce. Fresh food quick service. Friendly service

I was searching for a place to eat in Shepparton and stumbled upon this restaurant. The service was okay, but the overall experience was disappointing. The spring rolls had dry pastry and hardly any filling. The special fried rice was a mass of dry rice with egg, and the beef with black bean dish was barely edible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Having to make a very late decision to get a take away dinner, I took the punt and came to Peking City Menu showed regular chinese dishes, and decided on a classic....Combination Chow Mein....it was the best chinese food I had had in a very long time Would certainly come back to this place
