Wendy's - Great Falls

There is a certain lady who works the drive thru who gave me my food who was genuinely super friendly. This actually freaked me out because other fast food places are almost like here's your food now get out!

Thank you sooooo very much! I went through the drive thru after the parade and when I got to the window realized that I forgot my wallet at home. When I told the cashier that I needed to cancel my order, she said no worries... The manager gave me our lunch for free!!! Happy Independence Day!!

I can't leave an honest review of Wendy's purely out of bias. Service tends to be very high. As far as fast food prices Wendy's is in the higher percentage, however you really do get what you pay for. There's probably not a place in town I crave more.

Good and fast But they don't offer all their drink in the drive through

The service has sunk on a deep that I will no longer tolerate. employees are rudder in the window and the waiting time is also much longer to get their order. Today I waited 17 minutes. but this is no longer unusual. I'm going somewhere else to get my food.
