Fratelli's Ny Style Pizza And - Grayson

Ordered 2 pizzas and 3 sides for delivery. Received the correct sides, but only 1 pizza. And the one pizza we received was wrong. Called the restaurant and they said sorry, I think we had two orders for Mike and must have got them crossed ... that was it. Customer service might be gone forever.

No one was in there, every single table was filthy. At least 8 napkins on the floor, two employees sitting at a table when we came in and in no hurry to get up and help us. Pizza was average. We used to eat at Bellagio about once a week, but we probably won't be back.

I ordered through delivery they gave me no meat on my Alfredo ‍can you believe these Italians with their high prices giving you no meat just plain dry Alfredo charging $25 for a meal. I called them and spoke to Kathy she offered a credit so we’ll see how it goes but when you charge high prices you better make sure you can deliver

Before warned! I called on July 26 to place an order for margherita pizza number one I was deceived because they answer the phone as Bellagio‘s New York pizzeria and never revealed that this was under new ownership. When arrived to my surprise there was a price increase. I was told that it was $27 and the reason for the increase was due to the cost of sourcing the ingredients. Then when I opened the box and noticed the obvious. I said well this is not a Margherita pizza without basil. If I had know, I would not have placed an order. I was then told that they have basil in their sauce. I was dumbfounded, and completely confused by that response.

Food was very good. Service was terrible. They weren’t busy at all, and we barely saw our server. Only time she was good is when she was waiting for us to pay .
