Arby's - Grants Pass

Clean from what my eyes could see. Staff was over friendly causing people to take longer in drive through. Food was good. But the prices here are insane! Be sure to ask for sauces and napkins or you will be without.

I am sure their food is still good but every time we've gone there over the past 2 years or so, the lobby is closed. I want to sit down and enjoy my food not go through the drive-through and have to eat in my car and deal with the mess.

Nice place,went there for the Diablo Dare, It was spicy but not as bad as expected. Nice staff…

Took awhile in drive thru and then had missing items so I had to park and go in and they handed me my missing item after I told them I didn't receive the sandwich.

The entire restaurant was absolutely filthy. From the sticky floors, to every table being filthy. The front counter was sticky, the area with the soft drinks was absolutely disgusting, covered in soda and sauces. None of the sauces were refilled, they were also out of napkins and lids. The floor behind the counter was also filled with dropped food and trash. The place was not busy, so no excuse for things not being clean, plus both my to go orders were wrong. Sadly will not be back.
