Pizza Hut - Grandview

We ordered a pizza with half pepperoni and half cheese. The Pepperoni was actually more like 2/3 of the pizza, so there were only 2 pieces of cheese pizza. We have a couple of young kids who don't eat pizza if it has something different than cheese on it. so we had to do a little creative cutting. It would have been better if more care was taken to ensure that our half and half pizza had actually divided the ingredients half and half.

They forgot my wings with my order, so I called them and asked if I could only get a refund (which is not important enough to get them back for some wings) and not only did they send me my wings, but they also gave me a credit on my account. The person I spoke to on the phone was so friendly and did everything he could to make it better. 6 stars for customer service.

The pizza was good. The delivery driver was nice. We ordered a lot of pizza for the Ruskin High School. I paid about $50 for 3 a pizza, the prices were kind of high, 12.99 per pizza, but it was good. The school children loved it. That's why I bought more. Mrs Sawyer

Ordered for a future time. When I arrived, they were just boxing up my pizzas. Everything was piping hot and just as ordered. Customer service was very good.
