The staff are very friendly and treat them well. whitney is great and remembers what they order (if they go regularly). john's cake and suppen are homemade and delicious.

My friend, I've seen here on the way to the breakfast the autumn color in the collingwood area. it is a typical small city memory. an upgrade is required in the interior. it is well worn and needs one. cleaning safe. the waitress who served us was very friendly but not too attentive. she forgot a part of our order. the coffee was good and the eggs were as ordered. the burgers might have been cooked a few minutes to make them a golden brown and crispy. the toast was roggen and it was excellent. the speck was not quite enough for our taste and my friends had to be sent back to be cooked a little more.

We stopped eating on the way home. it is a small fifty type diner. tables and interieur could be with some fresh, but eating is delicious all homemade. we had the black carving dinner for $10.99 it came with engraving and mushrooms. on them, french fries and green and yellow beans. the carving was very delicious, French french french tasty and the green and yellow beans cooked to perfection. there was enough dinner for my man and I to share. we had the baptismal apple cake for dessert, for which we should die. the apples were real apples and the crispy top was very delicious. we would stop here if we had thrown the city away again.

A group of 4 all throughly enjoyed our lunch at Marie's. Great service from Natasha (I hope I got her name correct). She was sweetest person!! My husband loved his Homemade French onion soup...and would come back just for that! Between the 4 of us...we had..Fish n chips, Turkey club, homemade beef soup, chicken sandwich special, onion rings, garden salad....all great portions and super good! Only thing was the caseor salald was ...so so.... Decor is diner like in the front room and cute country in the side room...it could use some updating but is totally fine and very clean. We took home some fresh baked in house whole grain bread and English muffins which are to die for! Would go back for that as well! Over all a really great unexpected lunch...with one of the sweetest servers I've had! They do takeout as well and all u can eat buffets on special days...
