I then replied, my wife ordered from home, he then jumped into action, put the computer for the machines and delivered on the order in a fast and respectful way! I love Wendys, from frost to original Dave's double. I love it, but you really need to teach your people better customer service skills and how to count back: yes, it should be obvious, but it's not.
