Bidrage med feedbackI really enjoy the chicken salad at YaYa's. If you're looking for more fiber, I recommend trying the brown rice pilaf side with the baked beans mixed in (I suggest placing it on the salad plate). There are plenty of other delicious options here as well!
The current employees at the restaurant do not seem to care about providing good customer service. This is disappointing because my family and I used to enjoy dining at Yaya's. However, during our recent visits, they have forgotten items and rarely offered a solution. When I called to inquire about an extra item I had paid for but not received, the response was simply, "sorry about that." When I asked what they planned to do to rectify the situation, I was met with silence. It shouldn't be up to me to request a refund. The poor customer service experience has led me to decide not to return, especially when spending over $30 on just two meals.
Oh, the disappointment I felt when I returned home, eager to get some food from Yaya's, only to discover that they have stopped selling Rice Pudding! They have added new items to the menu, which is understandable after all these years, but I had hoped they would stick to their core offerings. The addition of Mac and Cheese on the menu completely threw me off. Despite this, the Chicken Pita was as delicious as ever.
Went inside, ordered, sat down at a booth. They finished making my food and told me there inside dinning was closed for the day. This was an hour before they closed. Food was decent service was poor.
Used to be good but not lately. Say they are open till 8 but we stopped but a 7 one night, chairs were on top of the tables and lights dimmed even though open sign was on. Decided not to go in. Then, on 5/19/22, we showed up at 6:30 pm and were told theyhad no chicken breast. As we were leaving at least 3 of the staff laughed out loud. Can't say they were laughing at us, but madeus feel that way. We won't be back. Appears employees may just be collecting a paycheck instead of closing when they run out offood.
