Burger King - Grand Blanc

Very slow and the food was not hot will not be going back to the grand blanc one the one on Davison is the best with grate services are hot

After waiting past the drive through window, the person who brought me my food acted intimidating and assaultive towards me, asking me if I was alright, if I had a problem, etc and was just generally acting in a menacing and threatening way trying to intimidate me in my vehicle, just to hand me my food. He was African American, maybe 5 foot 8, 190 pounds perhaps. This was around 11pm on Monday 10-16-23. He was sent out by another employee who has decided for no good reason he doesnt like me and can therefore be abusive towards me when I simply order food. This other employee is a young white male with a dark beard and glasses, maybe 5 foot 9 and 180 pounds. I called and spoke with this male who admitted he did this to me because he was told he could do so. I called the police and intend to pursue this. I also contacted the owner, GPS Hospitality Partners III, LLC.

Had my mom order me a whopper meal with a coke frys weren't done burger was old and tasted wrong mayonnaise tasted like it was expired this is the 2nd time this happen to me like that ruined my dinner for tonight like I'd hope this gets to corpret cuz that's not right one

It’s fast food. But at least the food was warm and they didn’t screw up the order.

Met the kindest and most helpful person in the drive thru today I didn’t get her name but she needs a raise! Also my chicken fries were amazing!
