Porky's Blazin Bbq - Grain Valley

The ribs at this restaurant were amazing, falling off the bone. The sampler was a great way to try a variety of dishes. I personally enjoyed the ribs, pulled pork, and potato salad. My partner loved the atmosphere, brisket, and turkey. The sauces were a highlight - spicy, sweet, and mild. I enjoyed mixing them together, while my partner preferred the traditional sauce.

Every time I go, I make sure to try their burnt ends, which are only available on Sundays. This time, I opted for a combination of ham and sausage. It was delicious, especially when paired with their excellent mild sauce. The baked beans and potato salad were also top-notch.
