Bidrage med feedbackUnfortunately this Bo's is not living up to the franchise standards anymore. For starters, 3/3 times recently my order was wrong, even after clarifying twice. Nothing complicated either sandwich meals with fries and Pepsi's. Also, every time I'vebeen there over the last few months, the service was exceptionally slow, and unprofessional. They literally take an order, makeit and send it out before taking another new order. So, if you're the third car in line expect to wait at least 20 minutes justto put your order in. One time, the line literally didn't move for about 30 minutes. Most of the people, including myself, left,and went elsewhere. To top it off, I have typically been getting sandwiches that are old, dry, and overcooked to the point ofactually hurting my teeth biting into it at times. Unfortunately, I am typically getting Bo's when on the road, so I have tojust pick things apart and eat what is salvageable. That's unacceptable especially considering they are only making one order ata time. I must be getting chicken that had sat well past the heat lamp time and was refried in an attempt to freshen it up andreheat. I keep trying to give them a chance but I'm officially done with this establishment, and will travel elsewhere to arespectable Bo's with professional employees and fresh food next time. They clearly need more employees, and to invest intraining, in addition to managers and supervisors to be present and set a professional example.
It's the only Bo's that never gets my order right. I always order a 3 piece dinner and end up getting a Supreme meal. It's great and all, but it's not what I ask for. And it's happened more than once! Overall, the food is delicious and staff are cool andcourteous, even if they forget to give me Texas Pete when I ask for it at the intercom ?????????
Had to repeat my order twice. Lady at the register seemed a little unsure on how to ring up a Sausage and cheese biscuit. Went to the end of the line. Watched the gentleman in the back assemble the biscuits. Cashier up front asked for a sausage andcheese. He wrapped it up. Then she asked for a sausage egg and cheese. He wrapped that biscuit and put it in a different shute.Cashier asked the guy in the back which biscuit was mine. He didn't know. She grabbed the sausage egg and cheese. Placed it inthe bag. I told her it was the wrong one. She said it was the one I ordered. She would not look in the wrapper. I ordered asausage and cheese. I told her if take that one. That they would have to me the right one since I had me hand on it. Anyway theygave me both biscuits. Did not need both biscuits. To be honest I'm watching him the whole time. I know which one it is. Anyway.Please clean and sanitize the holder for the drink lids.
This location only had the drive-thru open. That's not an issue, but it would have been nice to have a sign up or something. I was ordering fries and it's usually quicker to run inside, the doors were locked, but there was nothing on the door stating theinside was closed (maybe there was an emergency). Once I made it to the front of the drive thru line, the service was quick andthe employees were courteous. My fries were fresh and the wait was minimal.
This is a good location! The staff are friendly and one was particularly chatty with our dog! They are fast too. The food was delicious. I ordered a thought and a leg but got two thighs. Everything else about the order was spot on.
