Cicis Pizza - Goose Creek

We go here once a month for our family evenings. It is a good place for children and adults. We love pizza and I love every food I don't have to cook! Our whole family loves the arcade, and the games are also cheap. (For anyone who reads this, you also get more bang for your Buck when you buy coins in $20 increments from the machine. We only bring a container with a lid and store the left coins for the next time. We have never met what I think is a rude employee. A few times I noticed that a worker was in bad mood or frustrated (super rarely, although some people might be as rude, but being a worker for a business does not mean that you do not have bad days. We go once, sometimes twice, a month and can tell you that these are good and nice workers. Give them some mercy if you are uncomfortable. Sometimes you start someone on a bad day, but don't write a terrible review of an experience.

Order a pizza, special order. It was totally wrong. The person behind the counter argued about it (Middle Aged Female Staff Member) that showed things about eating, which contradicted the allergy and nutrition information on the Cici website. Wouldn't advise this place. Especially if you are planning to order something that is usually not in stock on the buffet, allergies or nutritional needs have. Rude staff aside, the interior was pretty clean. The buffet seemed to be in stock regularly, although I did not eat it. The others told me the pizza was fine. I'm not going back. Paying $8 for a small salad and a Snappy employee is not my ideal culinary experience.

I can't give this place every time I come here amazing reviews. Every time is better and with more amazing people. Karen the woman who works here is the best she saved me money by showing me how the buffet works and she had made the people in the kitchen the special pizza I wanted and put it in the buffet for me. Not only that she later asked if I wanted more. This place is simply fantastic, the food is amazing, the environment welcoming and friendly and the prices very low for high quality. Thank you, boys. Cicis is my favorite pizza in town

So I ordered a deep slice of pizza with zesty pepperoni and after getting home, it didn't seem to have a marinara sauce! I called Cici and talked to Frances. She told me that the zesty pepperoni choice means that the pizza has a white sauce instead of the marinara sauce! I didn't know that, but I know now. Frances went beyond and beyond to fix my pizza order error. She turned what might have been a terrible experience in a very pleasant. Thank you Frances and your crew for customer support!!! Very appreciated!

We always have a great experience here. If there is anything specific that you want, they are happy to make it for you. The staff is always friendly and very hard working. Frances is doing an excellent job managing this Cici's and we will continue to come back as long as she is still there.
