Bidrage med feedbackI went in today during the 112 degree heat to pick up my order. I asked the young man working the cash register if I can have a water cup. He shakes his head and says, “no you can’t.” He then turns around and ignores me after giving me the rudest attitude. I know it’s not a law to have to give someone a water cup but it was 112 degrees. Needless to say I will no longer support this restaurant.
The service at this restaurant is incredibly rude. I asked the cashier, named Summer, about the difference in a certain sushi roll. She responded loudly, causing other customers to look over. She handed me the menu and pointed to the description, saying it was clearly written there. I mentioned that if I had my glasses, I wouldn't have needed to ask. Her attitude and lack of customer service completely ruined my appetite. I refuse to pay for such disrespectful treatment. The service at the location on Bethany is much better. I will not be returning to this rude establishment.

Whether you prefer teriyaki, sushi, or vegetarian dishes, Yogi's Grill has something for everyone. The service is outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who are knowledgeable about the menu and willing to accommodate special requests. The food is prepared quickly and presented beautifully. The restaurant has a clean and comfortable ambiance, with spacious seating and a modern yet cozy decor. Yogi's Grill is committed to quality and customer satisfaction, consistently delivering excellent food and service. It's a great place to enjoy a meal with friends, family, or for a quick solo lunch.
The portions at this restaurant are the smallest I've ever seen. This was my first time at this location and I definitely won't be coming back. I recommend sticking to the 99th St location. I ordered the large bowl with rice and meat, but was disappointed to receive tiny scoops of each. Even after paying extra for the larger size, I ended up with less food than what would normally come in a regular bowl. If I'm going to pay extra for a larger portion, I expect to actually receive more food. I suggest avoiding this location if you want to get your money's worth in terms of food.
Service and quality had gone downhill fast, don’t spend your money here I promise you will be disappointed. The portions are smaller every time yet prices continue to increase. The chicken is always burnt and dry and the employees obviously hate their job- I don’t blame them management is a joke. If you want Yogis I recommend driving a couple of extra miles to the location in Litchfield park, their portions are amazing and well served , customer service is great and they give you extra teriyaki sauce at no extra charge!
