The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf - Goleta

This is the WORST place to have your drink ready if you are using the Coffee Bean app to place your orders in advance. The employees are NOT friendly and the place feels very COLD when you walk into it. They also close periodically out of the blue without notice.

What a great experience, the barista that I met this morning was so genuinely friendly and kind to every customer, Scarlett deserves a raise. The decor was fun and the quite small area was bursting with personality. I don't live nearby, but everytime I come into this area, I'm certainly going to stop here, if for nothing else than the customer service. I had a pre-packaged sandwich and a chai latte; both were fantastic and the barista offered to warm it up for me immediately.

Great coffee and great service. Deducted a star because I purchased a beyond breakfast sandwich and had no idea it was pre-made and the microwaved. It was super soggy.

This place brings many child hood memories would buy coffee bean with my best friend and now still with my partner their drinks are so delicious: Never dissapoint always hits the spot wish there was more locations like their use to be back in the good old days: Workers are well trained very respectful.

When everything on the menu is so good, all that I can do is give them 5 stars and recommend.
