I discovered a restaurant that serves delicious sweet and sour pork! I had been searching for a deeply roasted pork dish with a sweet and tangy sauce. I had tried and been disappointed by similar dishes at other Chinese restaurants before. Often, the fried pork was not crispy, but rather oily, and the balance of sweetness and sourness was never quite right. However, I finally found the perfect version here! I am intrigued by the other dishes on the menu, but I think I will definitely be ordering the sweet and sour pork again when I return. The service was very friendly and attentive.

I absolutely love their Won Ton Soup, Hot and Sour Soup, Beijing Duck, Hong Kong style Salt and Spicy Shrimp, Cantonese style Steamed White Fish, Mapo Tofu, Spicy Eggplants with Minced Meat, Szechuan Pepper dishes, Singapore fried noodles, and Hong Kong style fried rice noodles with beef. Basically, the entire menu is outstanding! The food is of exceptional quality and the service is excellent. The prices are fair for such well-prepared authentic Chinese cuisine in Gothenburg.

The lunch special was delicious. The staff were very friendly and provided free Wi-Fi.
