Pizza Hut - Glennville

Placed an order tonight. They called to say they were out of pasta, then called back to say they found some. Odd, but things happen. An hour later, the order is finally marked as out for delivery. I assume the driver was hungry since apparently he just took it home instead of delivering to us. Guess I have to call tomorrow and get a refund. Fastest speed run of never ordering from here again I 've ever experienced. UPDATE: I called and was told the kitchen cancelled my ticket without cancelling the order. Due to this, I was promised a refund, and was hoping I could come back here with a good update. Unfortunately, it 's now week later and the online order still shows it 's out for delivery and no refund has been issued. Every time I call the manager isn 't in no matter the time of day. Seems like this particular franchise location has some serious issues, which is sad, because I love the food.

Robyn was very polite. She took my order cashed me out quickly. While I waited in the lobby for my order, I was pleased to see her working her area while training a new driver w/ great tips, thorough instructions patience. She's a treasure. Customer service has definitely improved.

The worst place to eat pizza, this is the third time that I ordered a pizza and looks nasty, no cheese. Don’t order pizza from here

Nothing bothers me more then getting home and the food is wrong. Thank you for getting it right! We have ordered a few times (what we can't help our selfs love those melts. I wish we could customize them but they ones yall do have are delish.

My order was still raw my child bit into one. I figured under the new managment this would be better obviously not im irritated paid 40 dollars for nothing. I will never be order here ever again glennville needs more options.
