Wasabi Sushi - Glendale

I've been here for over 5 years. The hotel is located in a strip room. Fey the owner is super friendly and if you know that they treat you like family. The salmon collar is my favorite menu item comes with salad and dressing. Absolutely delicious. Be ready to wait a bit, they are short employees, but worth it. While waiting for your service, you will notice all repeat customers who know Fey with name. The menu is extensive, so you should find something for everyone in your party. Very recommended that Sushi Catcher become part of your sushi goals.

I wanted Ramen and found this place on Google Maps. decided to come and definitely the best part of my day on this day(9/13/21). Have garlic toncotta shoyu with additional spices and not disappointed. But the best part of my meal was the red Snapper nigiri. Sooo tasteful and delicious. The salmon bell was good, but not so good. I was full, but I really discussed whether to order more sushi. Sad I was just before the time, so I didn't decide.

That was our first time Sushi was here in AZ. My husband found this place and said it had good reviews. Well, I'm dressed and ready for a nice dinner on Friday night! We love sushi and are by WI. My last WI Sushi was not great and when we drove to the parking lot of Sushi Catcher, I was afraid... it's in a small stripe mall how many are, but when we went into I wanted to turn around and try somewhere else. However, I took a deep breath and decided to try it as we have found a lot of hidden gems in our travels....well Sushi Catcher has NOT disappointed!!! It is really a DIAMOND in the RUFF!!! The Sushi Burrito was our first role and it was amazing how the next 2 reels we got. Fresh and great taste. Our waitress was the owner, bartender and cook. She's doing a great job! A local customer talked to us and says it's his favorite place for sushi and comes almost every week. Don't judge the book on the cover. If you want big sushi, try it, but it's not a beautiful place! Just good food!

The sushi here is incredible!! Faye (the owner) is absolutely amazing, has incredible service and is so creative with the sushi! We asked them to surprise us with their favorite roles and she went beyond and beyond with what she did and it tasted phenomenal! Recommend the sushi bug!

The Chimichanga roll is my favorite. The owner knows us when we visit. She is always polite to us. The only con is she takes quite a bit of time to prepare the rolls. She always has Gyza's ready for our toddler daughter first to keep her occupied lol My favorite sushi spot in the Valley!
