Bidrage med feedbackI've really grown tired of the incompetence at all Chipotle's; this one epitomizes all that is wrong with their business model. It seems every time I go they are out of something...this time was no exception, no more corn, lettuce, guacamole, and, of course, out of crunchy shells. There are never any proactive moves, like planning ahead for meat that was clearly running out... literally, no one was preparing anything and there was plenty of help, but no one specializing in any one task, which inevitably leads to the countless mistakes I have incurred over the past 10+ years I have been purchasing it. But what was off-putting when we first entered was how visibly dirty and unkept the tables and work area was. Literally every table had food or leftovers on them and none had been wiped down for some time. What was worse was the trash strewn about the work area. If I would have been a health inspector, this place would have received an obvious F rating. Something needs to be done with the whole business practice and a manager present at all times would be a good start. This is not acceptable by any means. See photos for evidence.
Ordered food for pickup and only got half my order. That was over an hour ago. I called in and they said go to the email and submit your issue they. That doesn?t work at all. Came back to the store. Stood there for 15 minutes and had to be rude to get anyone to assist me. I?m still waiting on the order that they finally said they would remake. Horrible customer service and I am out $50 for one burrito bowl?! This is not worth it. Go anywhere else. I?m leaving without my food. I don?t have time to wait two hours for an online order. My last bad experience with Chipotle. This is NOT the first time I?ve had a bad experience. The ?mistakes? outnumber the correct orders.
The place was clean. The meat was good. They had a new choice for chicken, chicken asada. Tacos were really stuffed.
Made an order for the family through the app. I do love the app and it makes getting food super fast and easy. Arrived at the store and the store was not very busy and the appearance was clean and inviting. After i checked oit my order, I discovered we were missing the queso cheese dip. Everything else we ordered was in the bag. So, after getting the missing dip, went home to enjoy our meals. I should have checked the meals! All the orders were complete except for mine. I ordered a bowl with carnitas and there wasn't any! Needless to say I wasn't happy. This is the second time our order have been made incorrectly. Although the meat was missing, it was still good. However, I did not get my money's worth. This was unfortunate since I had checked prior and found the other issue regarding the dip. As convenient as the app is, it may be best to just go in person and order. We did like the food but was not super happy with the outcome. I recommend going in person or thoroughly checking your order prior to leaving the store.
To be honest our order has not been correct a single time at this location. Either an item is forgotten, incomplete or on this case just raw. They Served uncooked rice, and the ?corrected? order was the same and when asked we were told it?s because employees are being trained on how to cook rice but that they can put the rice on the side instead. Not sure if it?s a management issue but this location really needs some TLC.
