They changed the chicken salad and a had a very hard piece of bone that hurt my tooth

They ALWAYS mess up something and NEVER read special instructions. They are lucky their food is good lol

I really wanted to like this place that I 've gone to for about a year and a half. Every time it gets more and more disappointing. Overall the staff is rude. They acknowledge customers who walk in after you and take them while you are waiting your turn patiently. They overdo it with the spreads. Even asking for a small amount of butter or cream cheese gets ignored and they glob it on. Today was the last day I will spend my money here. After being charged over $10 for two flats with butter and cream cheese I asked why the price is different every time I come and the employee ringing me up just stared at me blankly. Another employee overheard my question and said the prices have gone up. I said since yesterday because I always get the same thing every time I come. Today it 's $10 something, yesterday it 's $8 something, and last week it was $7 something. Rudely she tells me not since yesterday and this is the right price and hands me my bag. I am done spending my money here. They make up their own prices for their mediocre at best food. I 'll take my business to LI Bagel Cafe who never disappoints and treats customers kindly.

$13 for tuna on a bagel and got sick from it. Def would not return ever. Also it's Glen Cove, not Manhattan lol.

Meh. Everything is so so. Bland. Not a real deli nor a real bagel place. Sort of get that chain store mediocre vibe.
