Bidrage med feedbackIt was not realizing that this restaurant was so popular until I made a booking for a Tuesday, and it was when we arrived! Delicious, interesting Middle Eating food. The dishes were bigger than the sum of their parts, and I loved the hummus, broccolini and crumplet, who sounds strangely, but true. Quite loud and the right place, it is best to go with a maximum of 4 people. Pretty loud if that is a topic for you.
This cozy restaurant, which is stowed in a decent small corner in Glebe, is an absolute revelation. All foods on the menu should be parts of plates so you can retract with a bunch of friends. We started our meal with the Babaghanoush (roasted aubergines served with herbs and spices, which were served in addition to garlic sauce and pine nuts, and the heated mozzarella. Both dishes were incredible, though the cc hub (Lebanese bread), which came next to him, a bit Tough was and the heated Mozzarella was a little cooler than it should have been, I would still recommend to try both these dishes. We followed this with the wild bache mushrooms (with crispy cabbage), which was extremely varanny. The star plate of the night However, was the Lebanese fried chicken (not pictured - we were so that we had attacked it as soon as he arrived as soon as she arrived;. I try to transform into a vegetarian diet, but I could not resist this chicken. It was completely crispy and had it completely crispy The right balance of the spices, the chicken on the inner Watsch incredibly soft and tender. Grief Everything in all two thumbs up for this place.
@OMG I just needed to write a review, and it has not saved, so here I go again. Thivery is one of the best meals I had for a long time. We came here for recommendations from my nephew and his girlfriend here. The first thing I noticed at Thivery was that it was dark and degramped when we sat upstairs, it was not too tight. Grief Grief We decided to eat the tasting menu. The first court, which came out, was the hummus with burned butter, I loved the wealth that the burned butter added to hummus. The second dish was the raw beef with something (I could not hear the waitress) and dry shallots, the beef was delicious, it was a bit angry and it was completely with hummus. The next court was the roasted chicken, the coating had some seasoning and the chicken was tender and beautiful, it came with a spicy sauce. We had a whole bucket of roasted chicken. The Octopus was the best octopus I've ever had, it was perfectly tender and the sauce it came with a bit like the ocean tasted. The lamb cabins were nicely charred on the outside and in the Center. The red cabbage salad was sweet and splashes and the broccolini was nice and charred (at the ends burned). The last 3 dishes came to one, but we thought it would have been more pleasant when they came together. Grief Grief We spent most of our night next to a table with loud bogates, I could not hear what they said, but apparently they struggled and called each other's C-word. We had enough of them, so we asked to have our desserts on the ground floor, the staff were very accommodating and even took a bottle of wine from the bill for our difficulties. They did not have to do so because they can not control who eats here, but it was a beautiful gesture. We had a kind of meringue for dessert, but I could not tell you what was in him because I was a bit angry, and I could not remember what the waitress said, but it was delicious. The ice was nice too. The staff of Thivery was very professional and friendly. I would like to come back next time when I'm in Sydney and join my friends. With Enan Simms-Walker
